As part of the birth anniversary celebrations of the famous Mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan, the department of Mathematics and Statistics, Bhavan’s Vivekananda College Sainikpuri organized a Guest Lecture.  Prof. K Satyanarayana, Retd. Professor of Mathematics, Osmania University and currently the coordinator for Mathematics at the Rajiv Gandhi University of knowledge Technologies, IIIT, Hyderabad gave a lecture on Mathematics.
The talk was very well received by students of all the three years of Mathematics as it was a very interactive session with a lot of practical examples of Mathematics in Real Life.
In fact it was highly appreciated by the students.
