Our Honorary Director and Correspondent of BVC, Air Comdre (Retd.) N.D.N Bhaskar Rao, VSM is an Electronic Engineer, having specialized in Aeronautical Engineering.
He has various Qualifications under his belt – B.SC, DMIT, AIE, and MIMA.

He has served in the technical branch of the Indian Air Force for 3 decades, having served in various plum appointments. He is a recipient of the prestigious Visisht Seva Medal (VSM) from the President of India for distinguished services in the IAF.

He was the Chairman of the Central Schools at Delhi. After his Superannuation from the services, he shared his expertise with several reputed organizations as either as President or General Manager.

Widely travelled, he has visited USSR, USA, UK, Canada, France and Poland in connection with various professional assignments.

An academician and a management consultant, Since 2000 he hasbeen the Honorary Director and Correspondent of BVC. He has taken over as Hon. Secretary Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, Sainikpuri Kendra from November 2009. He strongly believes in Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s core spirit.
