To encourage meritorious and economically backward students who have not been receiving any financial assistance from other sources, the college management started Merit cum means scholarship in the 2001.
Eligibilty norms for college merit – cum – means scholarship
- A student must have not less than 65% attendance in the previous year.First year UG and PG students must have more than 65% of attendance as on 30th November .
- The student must have passed his / her previous university exam with a minimum of 50% marks in one attempt .
- The student must not be receiving any other scholarship.
- The combined income of parents must not exceed Rs.1,50,000/-
